Ergostone is a heating or cooling pad used to increase well-being and/or relieve pain and aches.
The combination of materials - finely ground soapstone sand encased in a silicone shell - creates a soft, mouldable, tactile product with a comfortable weight, which also has a superior ability to retain heat or cold.

Cleaning:
Wash with soap and water and/or clean it with a 70% alcohol based hand sanitiser.

Storage:
Store your Ergostone out of reach of pets and children, and in such a way that nothing hard or sharp rubs against the silicone casing.

Durability:
The effect of the soapstone lasts year in and year out. The material is a mineral, whose properties remain unchanged over time.

The silicone casing is designed to be extremely durable and resistant to wear, heat and cold.

If used according to the instructions, the product has a guaranteed lifetime of 3 years - but it is likely to last much longer than that.

Ergostone’s products have a wide range of uses. The pad is heated or cooled as needed - and will then retain the heat or cold for a long time.

Heating:
Ergostone can be heated in several ways: for example, in a microwave, in a standard kitchen oven or in a water bath. We recommend 2.5-3.5 minutes at full power in the microwave or 70-100 °C in a conventional oven. Never heat your Ergostone whilst in its pouch!

Cooling:
Place Ergostone in the refrigerator, freezer or ice water bath until the desired temperature is reached. Time will vary depending on the initial temperature and cooling method. The pad should be at room temperature before being placed in the fridge or freezer.
